The top 10 companies, retail work now

This is the season for the setting of holidays.

According to a recent survey by CareerBuilder , a huge 43% of US retail plans to hire seasonal workers this year. But not all of them are a pleasure to work with.

CareerBliss.com online career community recently updated list of dealers identified with the happiest employees.

Employees Ross wrote on the website Career Bliss "I feel put me every day in question, I love the new cultural areas allows us to understand the things on your own, and that gives me a lot of independence to work.".

To measure the happiness of employees, analyzed Career Bliss thousands of workers in the retail comment, the nine factors that influence evaluated the work of happiness on a scale of five points: the balance between working life, top management, compensation, benefits, job security, if the staff would recommend their employer, work, workers, corporate culture and work environment for employees.

Career Bliss combines these numbers to find an average rating of overall happiness, which they call a "happiness score" for each respondent, and the results are classified by the employer to determine which retailers have the happiest workers.

"To know that you are in a company that truly embodies the spirit of the holiday season by having respect and purchase them cheer a little holiday feeling her career makes people shopping even happier experience," says Heidi Golledge CEO Career Bliss.
