Our three favorite things on a plate combined - summer, avocado and pasta! Discover the recipe of this simple dish to prepare and enjoy as part of Best Bites!

  • 12 ounces of cooked noodles
  • 1 cup of sweet peas
  • 1 cup of corn
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 2 lawyers in neighborhoods
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ inch pepper
  • 2 cups of spinach
  • 2 cups of mini tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 cut avocado
  1. In a food processor, spinach, avocado, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix until smooth.
  2. Pour over the boiled noodles and mix until the noodles are well covered.
  3. Cut the remaining avocado and add the pasta, as well as the corn, the peas and the small tomatoes cut in half.

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup ice cubes with coconut milk
  • ½ cup of coconut meat
  • 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of grated coconut without sweetening
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • strawberries
  • raspberries
  • pineapple
  • mango
  • kiwi
  • cranberries
  • blackberry
  • desiccated coconut
  1. In a blender, add the ice cubes to the coconut milk, frozen bananas, coconut meat, coconut milk, honey, grated coconut, hemp seed and mix everything smoothly.
