- 1 cup cans of coconut milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ cup ice cubes with coconut milk
- ½ cup of coconut meat
- 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoons of grated coconut without sweetening
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- strawberries
- raspberries
- pineapple
- mango
- kiwi
- cranberries
- blackberry
- desiccated coconut
- In a blender, add the ice cubes to the coconut milk, frozen bananas, coconut meat, coconut milk, honey, grated coconut, hemp seed and mix everything smoothly.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl. Garnish with raspberries, strawberries, prunes, mango, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries and blackberries to create the rainbow effect. Garnish with fresh mint.
