Our three favorite things on a plate combined - summer, avocado and pasta! Discover the recipe of this simple dish to prepare and enjoy as part of Best Bites!
- 12 ounces of cooked noodles
- 1 cup of sweet peas
- 1 cup of corn
- 2 cups of spinach
- 2 lawyers in neighborhoods
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 chopped garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ inch pepper
- 2 cups of spinach
- 2 cups of mini tomatoes cut in half
- 1 cut avocado
- In a food processor, spinach, avocado, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mix until smooth.
- Pour over the boiled noodles and mix until the noodles are well covered.
- Cut the remaining avocado and add the pasta, as well as the corn, the peas and the small tomatoes cut in half.
