Everyone knows that the jobs stem (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) are some of the hottest careers that they pursue. In fact, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, STEM jobs grew by 9 million from 2012 to 2022.

While these industries are ripe with opportunity for all employees with the right skills, they have always been dominated by men. In 2009, women represented less than 25 percent of the jobs in the trunk. But the good news is changing rapidly, thanks in part to such initiatives promoted by the White House , the young women, this study promotes directions to pursue.
