Skills of middle-aged workers who are in demand, but the company set?

Ever heard of a job "middle knowledge"? Yes? No? In addition to the professional world, it is the term most familiar, not jobs, are the semi-skilled relate (or ask tasks with just your gut completely), but they require more than a high high school but not a college degree in four years.

If you are not yet familiar with them, it may be soon. According to a new study by Accenture, 73 percent of US companies expect the demand for the skills levels of the jobs themselves. in the next two years Sounds good? It is.
