Skills of middle-aged workers who are in demand, but the company set?
Ever heard of a job "middle knowledge"? Yes? No? In addition to the professional world, it is the term most familiar, not jobs, are the semi-skilled relate (or ask tasks with just your gut completely), but they require more than a high high school but not a college degree in four years.
If you are not yet familiar with them, it may be soon. According to a new study by Accenture, 73 percent of US companies expect the demand for the skills levels of the jobs themselves. in the next two years Sounds good? It is. But here's the problem: at this time, these same companies are fighting to help people with the kinds of skills that we find to talk here.
First, a little clarity about what a job actually bring media literacy. Here are a couple of random breeds that fit the bill: painter, electrician, dental hygienist, boat engine mechanics, lawyers, air traffic control, computer support specialists. These are the kinds of occupations, but not a bachelor's degree, and usually pay a fair living wage.
