However, to maintain a relationship of mentor / mentee takes time and is often linked in the first year of employment. Perhaps a better thing to focus on is that if you feel that there are people that are useful, and you can approach. Different individuals may offer a variety of perspectives and opportunities for learning and advice. In short: Do you feel that your company is promoting this type of energy assistance?

? Feel like you are in the right career Yes, we know he has big plans for his future - and so should you! But it is very important to critically about how to get from point A to point B. Sometimes we get so caught in the day to agitation, that we forget to think about making a plan. His department is the right person or have you looking for a switch? Your rung to play your strengths? Even if it's your first year on the job market, it is important to have a keen observer of what people in the articles on each day doing, and if you take this route you go. Its possibilities can be endless, but first things first - in a way that feels good to get.
