Gordon Ramsay loses lawsuit over $ 1M Rent London Pub

LONDON (AP) - Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay is facing a real life nightmare cooking after a British judge ruled Tuesday personally for £ 640,000 ($ 1,000,000) annual rent in London gastropub responsible.

Ramsay has his father-in-law, Christopher Hutcheson accused with a forging machine autopen signature on a document Ramsay personal guarantee for the car in the York and Albany pub, now a place to eat in fashion.

But Superior Court Judge ruled that Paul Morgan contract mandatory. He said that was when the lease of 25 years was signed in 2007, Hutcheson "in big general authority for Mr. Ramsay acted" to manage their affairs.

He said Ramsay knew the autopen - a device commonly used by different authors to sign copies of his books - was "Use regularly put his signature on legal documents."

"I wish Mr. Ramsay, drama, if your agent Mr Hutcheson is obliged to provide rental of premises," said the judge.

Ramsay fired Hutcheson, his wife Tana's father, the end of 2010, the serious misconduct accused.

The judge ordered Ramsay, an interim payment to the pub, Gary Love, owners to make £ 250,000. The leader must also have a large bill for the legal fees.

Morgan denied called Ramsay fallen, but the guide can be asked the appeals court to hear the case directly.

Ramsay is internationally known for a number of first class restaurants, popular cookbooks and television shows, including "Kitchen Nightmares," '' Hell's Kitchen "and" The F Word "known.
