Oligher Scott worked management for over 20 years in the facility. He started when he was only 400 employees of Google, Facebook, as he 550, and now helps the digital platform Flipboard grow as a Facility Manager.
Oligher fill machines in Silicon Valley startups debuted. One of them started the free food, that is, they spent hours. It is a talkative guy, so he talked to people. You got to know him. Then he was offered a job. He learned on the fly.
A Facility Manager is responsible for the environment and the culture of the company. This is how the building looks and how the events are organized for transport.
