DALLAS (AP) - A Texas district judge Monday laid retention efforts of the operator to the hospital to seek workers' compensation claim from a nurse who succumb Ebola in the first US patient care delivered the deadly disease.
The state District Judge Martin Hoffman gave a preliminary injunction in the case after a brief hearing and schedule a hearing within two weeks, the Dallas Morning News reported.
