Employers are increasingly introducing more wellness initiatives to create a healthier work force and reduce health care costs. But many employees use their eyes to these efforts, or even active programs that they alienated you to make your eating habits to lifestyle changes such as weight loss or change; are invasive and paternalistic initiatives.
Furthermore, a study by researchers at the RAND found that the work programs to encourage employees to lose weight, deal with stress better or take other lifestyle changes to encourage employers to save money, the cost of health care is no net emission savings ever driven.
Instead of employees on lifestyle changes and put the burden on them would, because entrepreneurs focus better on what they themselves can do to promote wellness. Here are eight things that employers can do to really work to promote wellness - without alienating employees in the process:
