Employee engagement is a buzzword that is raised to just now by companies. But what is it exactly?

Employee engagement is "about connecting with the company," writes Sharlyn Lauby, president of ITM Group Inc., in its HR Bartender blog. "When people are united, they understand what it see for the company to succeed, wants the organization to succeed and are willing to do what is needed to get the business."
