Create - and promote - Your Personal Brand

Tide or Clorox? Apple or Microsoft? When it comes to purchasing decisions, their perception of a brand can be the deciding factor. Consciously and unconsciously into account the values and benefits of what the brand or product to offer. The same is true for employers check applicants. That is why I, in order to emphasize the importance of a well-designed personal brand my coaching sessions with job seekers.
When it comes to personal branding, job seekers usually represent two obstacles: the first is the concept of knowledge "sell", which is a lot of people uncomfortable. The second is the fear of many job seekers have so closely that even be defined to exclude the possibilities. Although you can tell an employer: "Give me a chance - I can do nothing" is not always the best way to learn your enthusiasm and desire to show!.
