Shannon, thank you for that, and women's history month seems like a great opportunity to solve it. The gender gap in earnings has been studied by economists, at least since the 1890s on factors such as level of education, experience and working hours, wage differences to some extent can not explain. So we have the finger as discrimination show another culprit.
