Bonnie Crater, CEO of Full Circle Insights , had worked for 25 years in the famous Silicon Valley contest, to see the effect of long working hours and stressful work has on their health.

While looking at a video presentation at the annual Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, he said, "not even recognize me."

"I looked like Tiny Tim and I thought:" What happened to me I was so terrible look like? ".
That was a wake-up call for the crater, which said it inspired her to make significant changes in your life and start your own business in the year of 2010.

Now appreciates the balance between working life and requires important that each of its employees: "You should have a hobby, invest the time," she said.

Crater believed a hobby on the side to have you like important productivity and happy to keep and she wanted his company to be known for this.

"I wanted to create a company with a different culture, to show that you can start a business that works well and promotes balance between work and very healthy life," he said.

So for each position, shields candidates with the question: "What is important hobby for you"
If a candidate says, "I have" not busy.

To date, all candidates had an answer, with about half of a physical activity appointment, such as climbing or ballroom dancing - and other appointments an outreach program for the community, help such as, alumni association or volunteer who is particularly popular for employees get paid 24 hours volunteer work per year. "This means that 1% of their working hours per year is spent on volunteer work, which is important," he said.

The requirement is true for the CEO, also. Crater said he likes playing tennis, because I want competition. She also spends his free time working on the basis of the Lyme Bay Area , where he started with friends in 2010 and is now the largest source of private funding of research into Lyme disease in the United States.

He said that those outlets are going to not only a healthy way to relax after work, but also makes them committed employees. "I learned that we are all much better and more productive in our work when we have a version outside of work," he concludes.
