Wearing almost impeccable CV, letter of motivation impressive and in many cases, a few connections in getting a job interview. But everything you need to blow with a handshake, is weak or poor posture.
"Body language can make a huge impact on the way they are perceived by others especially at work," says Rosemary Haefner, Director of Human Resources at CareerBuilder. "It may sound silly, but there are psychological reasons behind it, thinking about it, how it is used and expressed in the office should not be forgotten. "
A new poll by Harris Poll, commissioned by CareerBuilder conducted asked 2,500 hiring managers who are to identify the most applicants speech impediment body in the interview. That's what she said:
