After a day of hard work, you can feel like you're too exhausted to do anything but watch TV.
But you should consider whipping a pen and pad in position. New research suggests that people generate more creative ideas if mentally exhausted.
The study was led by RĂ©mi Radel, Ph.D., of the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis, France. The researchers asked a group of students to play a computer game, finding the direction of the arrow without participating on the arrows around it. Some students played a version of the game, where all the arrows point in the same direction; others were playing a version in which the arrows. in opposite directions
