As a former director of human resources, the customers can now with its own settings, I see a lot of HP. Every day I see the candidates seriously damaging their own chances by doing a job on a terrible job to show their skills and make it easier for employers to identify what be the right person for the job.
Frustratingly, most people make the same small number of errors easily repairable. I can not write back to these candidates, to tell them to clean your resume if you want a better chance of a job - but I can tell you! These are the five most common mistakes I see and what to do instead:
