After five hours of power to his daughter are in the first few months after birth, Adam Isserlis in bed with her newborn son on his chest, and the two went to bed together. Thanks to the policy of parental leave for Facebook, the father for the first time, he said enjoyed countless times "magic" like this that promote bonding with her new daughter helped.
"I say it all the time, but at least from my perspective, I think, is one of the best benefits that Facebook provides," says Isserlis, Corporate Communications Manager of Facebook that after the birth of her daughter in December rely-2013.
