As leaders should (and does not) Apologize to work

"I'm sorry, can I borrow for a moment?"

"I'm sorry, this project overview page 13 is not"

"I'm sorry, could you speak?"

If you pay attention to how many times you say "sorry" to work, you say, you can achieve a lot. This is especially likely if you are in a leadership position to handle too many employees , and try not to be too bossy or demanding. Studies have shown that women tend to be more likely than men to apologize as a way to be friendly. Many of us remember the campaign "no regrets" ad Pantene, to help women to be aware, to be putting unnecessary excuses.
