The software company in California based Adobe announced Monday that from November 1, is to double its paid maternity leave and the strengthening of their paid paternity leave.
The announcement comes a week after Netflix announced it one year offer of paid parental leave and Microsoft announced that they offer 12 weeks of paid paternity leave, but Adobe has told Reuters that his own plan was in development long before it aware of any is Netflix or Microsoft plans.
