If you think of the wear condition of chronic stress leads to burnout, you probably think of someone on the stage of your mid to late career.
Usually this is not the case, however, after the specialist Ben Fanning exhaustion.
"With the demands of the global economy, conference calls with colleagues around the world, and the endless emails, it is more likely to reach the point of exhaustion at the beginning of his career," Fanning said.
The good news is that there are clear signs that you burn, and knowledge of them, "you can avoid burnout, or start your career," says Fanning.
