Some black managers ask employees to clean skin

Racial prejudice is a problem in many companies. But there is a subtle variation called color, people or discriminate against others based on their skin color. You would think that managers who experienced racial prejudice, a variation of what has been done for them probably do not own.

According to researchers at the City University of New York Baruch College, often exactly what happens.
