Debunking mythology work




We are told to be passionate, committed, educated and concentrated. But the repetitive Council can not get very far before you start to doubt, and see what really determines his career.




Myth:
His work is his greatest passion, the truest love, and their justification.
Fact:
Even if you love what you do, work is work for a reason. Do not feel bad if you love your partner more.




Myth:
If you work hard and do something useful, you will be rewarded. Its location and the location is up to you.
Fact:
Life goes on. Politics happens. Recessions come. Mishaps occur. Not everyone is rewarded with talent, and some dim bulbs around the entire business runs smoothly. Do not take anything personally.




Myth:
Your education, skills, experience and commitment are the foundation of his career.
Fact:
Not what you can do. It's what you know. It can brilliantly impressive on paper, but without connections, languish in obscurity.




Myth:
Should specialize early and focus on a very narrow skill levels, so you can become an expert in your chosen field.
Fact:
Times are changing. Markets change. People grow. Technological advances. Need more options than a small niche that you provide. Give yourself room to think that there will be adjusted for all these things.
