North Korea is not ready to meet South Korea in Russia

MOSCOW, October 15 (Reuters) - Politicians from North Korea and South do not hold direct talks in Russia on Monday on nuclear and missile programs in Pyongyang despite the passage of the same event and invited to do in Moscow reported Russian news agencies on Sunday.
